Can you believe there is only 11 days left of November? 😯. In no time it's going to be December 😅. Let's not focus too far into the future though, as it is time to take a look back on how this week has gone!
I've had a fairly standard week, although there has been a few ups and downs emotionally. Overall it hasn't been a bad week though.
M has been working, nothing new on that front. He has all of next week off, which will be nice. However, we are going to be a little busy doing things around the house. At least during the day time. Gotta prepare for Christmas after all 😅.
School is going well for V. She is mostly just excited for her birthday and Christmas. They had a casual day on Friday for children in need, she loves it when there's a casual day.
D will be back home in 19 days. This week we are going to be discussing him moving in with the people we need to talk to. That should all go fine. D is going to be helping us put up the Christmas decorations when he's home. Another little tradition to add to our growing list!
I have been doing a variety of things this week. I wrote and posted a short Grotto's Gaming featuring Everdream Valley. Short because I didn't have a whole lot to say about it. If it continues to get updated I may go back and play it again. Meaning an up to date Grotto's Gaming will be required!
During one of my ~down~ emotional phases I wrote a piece describing how I felt. A tale of inner turmoil with uninvited roommates. I made my feelings seem like people living with me. It did help me a little bit and later in the same evening I started to feel a bit better.
If you follow my socials you will also see I had a special hot chocolate that M bought me. One of those hot chocolate spoons. I enjoyed melting it, and it tasted alright too. It took a while to melt, and I could taste the wood of the spoon when I drank it 😅.
I even managed to draw a couple of things this week! The first thing I drew I followed a tutorial for; I like how it turned out. I did doubt I'd be able to do it well but I'm pleased with the result. The second thing I was inspired to draw after the tutorial gave me some ideas. It didn't quite turn out how I imagined but it was pretty close!
I have also started adding "Fable's Cozy Corner" to my website. It is not live for you to see, as I'm still working bits out. I will also be adding this to my Discord, but I am undecided how to have it set up.
Next week I will be buying M and D their advent calendars ready for December! I'm also getting them both special Christmas cards ðŸ¤, although I may not be purchasing the cards until the week after.
