Well, the last week of the Easter hols is over! Back to school for little V tomorrow. The Easter hols went a bit quicker than I expected 😅. We are now into April too 😯.Â
This week has been pretty standard, most of my weeks seem to be, to be honest 😅. M has been working more shifts than usual, and he's working more again this week. Unsure if this is going to be his new normal 🤔.Â
V's cousin was visiting this weekend so we went to my mum's to see her so they could play together for a while. V isn't looking forward to school tomorrow, but I think that's because she's got used to not being there 🤣. She enjoys it once she's back 😅.Â
I spent some time working on my text-based game this week. I got some more little bits done and I managed to implement an inventory system. At first, the inventory page didn't look all that good, but after a bit of styling, I managed to make it look mostly how I wanted.Â
This week is going to be somewhat busy, at least near the end of the week. I have a work capability assessment on Friday. D is also going to visit his parents on Friday. On Saturday we are getting a new Internet installed, which should hopefully be better than what we have already.
April is also Autism Acceptance Month. Given this I have been contemplating writing a bit about my own autistic experience. Other than that, there isn't much else on the agenda. Will just see how the days go!Â
Thanks for delving into this week's edition of the Grotto Gazette with me. Until next time, stay curious!Â
